Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. The company will fully implement the “155” Development Strategy to underpin high-quality development. The strategy consists of three core dimensions: One overarching goal—to strengthen and optimize business operations, and build a world-class stainless steel enterprise featuring excellent products, reputable brand, pioneering innovation and modern governance; Five strategic paths—technology consolidation, efficiency improvement via reform, green industrial upgrading, digital and intelligent empowerment, and optimized industrial coordination; Five supporting pillars—Party building leadership, institutional guarantee, talent support, cultural cultivation, and risk control safeguards.
To facilitate the strategy implementation, TISCO Stainless will comprehensively enhance four core capabilities, including innovation-driven development capacity, product operation capacity, value creation capacity and corporate governance capacity, so as to steadily advance connotative development.
In terms of organizational restructuring, TISCO Stainless officially set up the Special Materials Division on July 7. The new division integrates internal resources of section steel, steel pipes and related businesses to strengthen business collaboration in the high-end special materials sector, streamline internal operational barriers, and concentrate superior resources on technological research, production optimization and market expansion of premium special stainless steel materials.
Industry insiders commented that the global stainless steel sector is accelerating transformation toward high-end specialization, low-carbon green development and intelligent manufacturing. By releasing the medium-to-long-term development strategy and optimizing internal organizational structure, TISCO Stainless consolidates its long-term development fundamentals, precisely targets booming downstream sectors such as high-end equipment manufacturing and new energy industries, and further sharpens its core competitiveness in the global special metal materials market.
