Recently, our company has successfully completed the manufacturing and delivery of UNS S32750 super duplex stainless steel pipes customized for subsea umbilical cable applications. The consignment totals 2,100 meters in length with a rated design pressure of 7,500 psi, with all technical parameters surpassing customer specifications and industrial benchmarks. The products are manufactured via the state-of-the-art “hot extrusion + precision cold rolling” integrated process, which optimizes the internal metallographic structure and substantially enhances overall mechanical and anti-corrosion performance. All finished pipes undergo precision butt welding and rigorous non-destructive testing, including PT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) and DR (Digital Radiographic Testing). The finished products feature uniform microstructure, superior mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance, fully complying with long-term safety operation standards for extreme deep-sea service conditions.
Backed by premium core production equipment including the Italian DANIELI 25MN hot extrusion press and fully automatic precision cold rolling mill, as well as an in-house CNAS-accredited testing laboratory, our company has established a full-process digital quality management system.
