By optimizing production processes, refining equipment operation and building a full-process iron-bearing resource recycling system, the enterprise has bolstered high-quality and green low-carbon development.
Abandoning the traditional extensive waste disposal mode, the plant has realized full recycling of steel slag, casting residual slag, iron oxide scale, dedusting ash and furnace residual steel. It adopts 100% in-furnace reuse of steel slag, and standardizes the collection, transportation and reuse of all iron-containing waste across working procedures. Optimized recycling technologies greatly improve the utilization rate of secondary iron resources, effectively reducing metal loss and solid waste stockpiling, and forming a closed-loop production cycle.
